Eat McDonalds 3 times day for 30 days just like in the movie Super Size Me. Eat it for 60 or 90 days if you want to gain more weight. You may become a fat man, but you'll become an unhealthy man too. I hope this is a joke for your sake!

Why would you want to become a fat man? That is not good for your health. I think you are putting us on but just in case you're not, all you have to do is eat rich and fatty foods and don't move around at all. Just watch the fat build up on your body....wow! That sounds like fun...NOT!

Fat man? I'm guessing you're an actor, right? Okay, its really simple.

1. Eat.
2. Sleep.
3. Try to avoid walking, running, swimming, jogging, paragliding, sit-ups, crunches, bar-bells and treadmills.

Follow these steps and you'll become a fat man in no time.

You might be surprised when i say that Yoga helps in adding weight. A person who does yoga, regularly, gets a lot of appeatite and his absorptive powers increases, because of the activation of the endocrine glands. You tend to eat more which gets assimilated more effectivley than before. If all learn to rest yourself, you will certainly add more weight.

Practice"Yoga" the indian way of doing excercise, mainly a set of 7 breathing excersises called "Pranayam". It will help a lot in gaining the correct body weight,even when you eat normal regular food

Just eat, Sit & sleep don work so much & happy to enjoy your life. Food like : Fast food, Italian food, Bread, Noodle, Rice.... It is very easy to get fat.

are sure about that? don't do anything you'll later regret bcoz so may pple are struggling to lose weight so if you can't put on a lot of weight you should count yourself privileged my friend
