If i have to eat canned meat i'd like the one that is the whole peace of meat - not reconstituted meat. SPAM is finely minced and reconstituted and can therefore be pretty much any part of the animal. Gross. Good quality canned ham will be a chunk of meat in a can - not THE MOST appetizing form of ham, but at least you know what you're eating!
