no.. its against the law.. I tend to run into garbage dumpsters.. when flickin' a roach out the drivers window only to have it blow back in.. so what do i do?.. I pour my beer on it..

Not after they installed cameras at every damn intersection- they send you a nice little "i saw you!!" note with a bill.
I used to though, in highschool. If you've been at a red light at an empty intersection too long, you may want to creep forward- the light may be on a sensor.

Not in Los Angeles. They even have cameras taking your picture and will send you a bill with the driver's picture driving the offending car.
