I just want to know what is the citeria to know someone is gay or not.Well,if i know the citeria then i can know whether he is a gay or not.

1) The person is attracted to the same sex.
2) They have relationships with the same sex.
3) They kiss (etc.) members of the same sex.
4) They ogle the same sex.
5) They talk about the same sex.
That's how you know FOR SURE.
Everything else is just a gray area that may or may not mean anything. Although this quiz will probably tell you. Not many people know about it. Get the person to take this gay-o-meter test. That will give you the answer for sure!

Well, it's hard cause it depends on the guy. I'm hetero-, so I'll still try as best as I can...
Gays usually have some sort of connection with guys, in terms that may or may not seem feminine. Such as overly "buddy" playing with the same sex, or just his outview on his sex. Also, what type of sexual embrace he gives women. If he dodges alot, he could be gay. If he hardly talks about women or so, he might be gay.
Just see where he leans more when interacting with same sex or opposite sex.

What, like a list? there isn't a recipe. What are the characteristics of straight people. Make a list. Now tell me that gay people can't have some of those characteristics. You'll meet lots of people in this life. They're a lot more interesting when you stop worrying about what gets their rocks off...unless of course YOU wanna be what does that...
If you want ONE criteria that is universally acknowledged it is this:
a few really ugly guys are gay
A lot of average looking guys are gay
Most really gorgeous guys are queer as a three dollar bill. I can't really say why, but oh well...Lucky me!

Well we DON'T all have big noses, brown hair, green eyes or anything like that. We don't all have hidden moles or birthmarks.
We come in every skin color, hair color, eye color, handedness, age, physical ability, gender (and yes, scientifically speaking there are MORE THAN JUST TWO GENDERS), education level, income level, family history, religion, cultural history...we're as diverse a group as Straights are!
The ONLY criteria is our emotional and phyical attraction to the same sexual gender as ourselves.
That's it, only one!
