Everyone's body is different and requires a different amount of sleep. Some only need 4 hours, while others need 10.
Personally, I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Doesn't matter how much sleep I get, I'm always tired.
If you're really worried about it, especially if it's something that just started recently, would probably be a good idea to see your doctor. It could be nothing, but you never know.

i have about that (lucky me) are you on any medication? that may affect your dreams also if your tired all the time may be too much sleep or try and take a 20 min quick nap during the day i know it dosnt souind long but it makes one hell of a difference its not not long enough for you to get in a deep sleep so therefore feel very alert any longer and you will proberlly wake up feeling even more tired or maybe its a lack of somthing in your system IRON is a good cause for that

Once I never had enough sleep. Hoping that time will stop while I sleep so that I can sleep more. When I am awake, I feel tired.

Now no such problem after I started taking the alkaline diet. When you eat differently, your body react differently.

What a well timed query. I was promoted lately and have tremendous TIME insomnia. I am closing in the dead of night, crashing at 5 and up at 9. At present I burst into tears due to the fact that of a paper jam.
