Can human being invoke angels malaikat for help and do ritual

Angels live in Heaven.
No, they cannot be invoked.
Jinn can be, but shouldn't. Only evil Jinn will do so and at the invoker's loss.
Such stuff is Haram in Islam.

Firstly, I don’t think malaikat (angel) and jinn can be categorized in Mythology & Folklore section. Both creature live around us whether we belief, not believe, see or can’t see.
As jinn, angel also live around us, but what make them different is jinn not stay or in live in haven. Every angel has their own specific task, and they can’t refuse to do their task. For example angel named Malik is a leader for other angel to guard and maintaining hell. The will do their task until God command them to stop from doing it. Here we can see, even at hell angel can live.
Some angel has been command by God to worship him only. So, this kind of angel will do nothing else but worship only. Usually, these types of angel live in heaven.
Human being always ask something from God. When their prayer accepted by God, usually God send angel to make it happen. So, Angel also live on earth. There are many angel live on earth, even at our own shoulder there are angel (u need to say to them). Their job to write our daily activities for record. Sometime, we need to wake up early in the morning… however we don’t have alarm clock. So, we hopping that we will wake up on 600, and next morning we wake up exactly on 600 without alarm clock. This is because angel wakes u up.
Angel also does something commanded by man. For example prophet or king Solomon commanded angel to bring his wife throne from Jerusalem to his Palace.
From two examples before, we can conclude that we can use angel to do something for us (with certain du'a) , but not for nonsense, satanic ritual. Angel only can be use for good purpose. It is because of their nature, good plain creature. I hope I really answer your question.

You do not order angels around... you balance with them and harmonize with their frequency... We are to angels as the demons are to us... though, we do have alot of ability for control... just be careful, it is certainly not a TNT bomb you fuse when invoking angels... more like a nuclear bomb.
