Using a IBM Thinkpad R50 model, but the 256mb RAM chip belongs to my friend long time back as during school project he was using my notebook then he installed as he found out the speed isnt sufficient. Now he is asking it back, so I need to give it, we not kinda friends now though, so this is the last deal, am gonna have it with him. Either I can remove then hand him over the ram chip or pay him the bucks and send to him via bank transfer. Thats it. So say me what models and brands and their respective prices and whether the specs are compatible with my notebook or not. IBM Thinkpad R50 Intel Centrino. 256 meg isn't much ram. 20-30 bucks would be fair price at any retail store like Wally World, Office Max, best Buy, Etc....
