strange question....lol
if i turned my HEAD to the left, then my face would be in the opposite direction..... facing my right...
if i turned my FACE to the left i would be facing my left
if it is a directional question, then wherever i turn my head to, would not make a difference....i would be facing straight ahead.
if this is not a trick question and turning my head means to face that direction, there is another way to answer the question.....
i will be facing the ::
west if i am standing towards the north;....
south if i were standing towards the west;....
east if i was standing towards the south; ....
and north if i was standing towards the east....
a simple question like this really made be think hard....lol

You would be "facing" the direction the majority of your body is perpendicular to. So my answer is the same direction I was facing with my head looking straight ahead.

I'd be facing Mecca. The muslim bloke in the office next door prays in that direction - thats why I know.
