Many large corporations; possibly the military; many social service agencies, and hospitals/nursing homes probably need many of both. I would imagine that the crappy prison system could also use all the help they can get from sociologists and psychologists.

The best ones I hvae seen end up in Human Resources departments but some land governement jobs.
