Well I can tell you one thing... be extra nice to her. I did not take turning 30 well at all! I freaked out!
You should get her something really nice, 30 is a big one.
What does she like... what about jewelry?
My hubby got me some beautiful little diamond earrings for my 30th... that helped soothe the ache of being 30!
really though, girls are pretty good at hints, pay attention and I bet you will figure it out!

Hey - I am 30 in two weeks too!
Jewellery is ALWAYS good. Never can go wrong with jewellery.
How about a weekend away?
30 red roses delivered to her work place?
These are all things that I would like!

Start out with something nostalgic. There is this website that has candy you ate when you were a kid. I am getting this for my sister, and I know she will have a great time opening it, and remembering when she didn't have a care in the world. I'll list the link for you. You'll have to give her something else, but this would be a fun way to start out the day.
