when i open my pc sme programs active itself like real player so what so i do?

click start>run>type msconfig

go to the startup tab, uncheck the items you dont want starting.

some software have "Automatically Start" option, if this option is set then these software get started at windows longin,,, just go to Tools - Options/Preferences to change this setting.
