Yes and still doing it. There is only one thing I hate more then going to sleep at night. That's getting out of bed in the morning.

Wow, I had no idea there were so many night owls out there. It's too bad we can't all find time to live our lives as we'd like to...or maybe we can.
I was always told that it was unhealthy and yada yada but some people's mental clock runs in a different time-zone.
I get tired around 7-8 but if I went to bed then I'd be awake at 2am, yippee. After 10pm it's like I get a second wind and often stay up all night and the following day. This makes for some interesting hallucinations, caused from being over-tired.
Seems to me it's a no win situation; either I'm over-tired or over-slept. Ah well, life goes on.

yes, it is because u are so excitted for the occasion the next morning that your brain is telling ur body u do not have to sleep. u feel like "no i wont be tired in the morning" but in the morning u aARE tired and u regret not sleeping earlier. to prevent this u should try to sleep even if u are compelled to stay awake. try different things. drink a warm glass of milk (as milk has a sophorious effect), try not to think about it read a good book ull feel better in the moirning

The bane of my life; Insomnia.
I do this all the time, regardless of how early I know I have to get up. Every night, I say to myself, this time I'm going to go to bed at a reasonable hour, say, 11:30 pm. What time is when I finally turn my comp off, or shut down the television?? 2:30, 4:00 am. Stupid, but can't stop myself.
Yep, I do that.

All the time- I'd rather be awake and doing stuff than sleeping. though I'm often really tired and only get 5 hours of sleep. Oh well, I can usually do that for four days and then I totally crash

my favourite time of day is pretty much around midnight. it's when i feel the happiest and the most creative. plus i'm not really a people person, so this time of night is when there's no one around to bother me, which i think is the biggest reason why i like to be awake in the early am hours no matter what time i have to wake up.
cheers,
Shauna!

It relies upon on the guy. As for me, I not sleep late to end the job so as that a minimum of i'm able to sleep without stressful :) This works for me. notwithstanding if I actual have a week to prepare for my checklist, I many times initiate doing it 2 days earlier and finalize each and every thing earlier I sleep. Then once I awaken, I purely might desire to confirm my checklist to refresh my techniques. I additionally did attempt waking up early to end something. yet I wasn't chuffed with my consequences especially if I do a presentation. it actual relies upon on you. self-discipline performs an significant area in ending up a job. in case you have a variety of of time to prepare, it won't harm in case you would be waiting to end it early. it's going to supply you extra self assurance once you're providing/reporting. you purely might desire to renowned once you paintings extra advantageous while that's presented in time limits. :)

Absolutely. Even though I want to go to sleep, and can barely stay awake, I force myself to stay up. I don't know why.
