I'm trying to update Norton Security and it keeps asking me to make sure JavaScript and Cookies are turned on. How do I do this please. Thanx.

Go to START, then to CONTROL PANEL, then click INTERNET OPTIONS, go to ADVANCED and click it. Then scroll down the list and make sure java is checked then click apply.

Now after this if you still have a problem then call Norton and they should be able to help you.

hoy,
do you use more than 1 antivirus system?if yes, turn it off.If that doesn't work, if you have IE7, go to TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS,look for PRIVACY,then put the meter down all the way, then click APPLY.
After downloading the upgrade from Norton,go back to internet options and put the privacy meter back to medium and click APPLY again.
Good luck,Luc
