This is incredible in the 21st century, man we need to put walls up for sure or we will be under attack by cannibals my goodness.This is a Judea/Christian country and that is unheard of for most of us. But really think about that it has been only around 35 years ago when South Americans were still doing it and Africans? hmmmmmmm? Korea? Wow. Send them some grain or something wow?

Yes, that's possible. The soil itself in the PDRK is exhausted due to poor land management practices.
