Hey im 16 years old and i want six pack abs i do crunches and can feel them working how many crunches should i do daily and how long should i hold the position i am thin so about how long will it take to see results? also what are some good excersizes for my pecs thats dont need much equipment? Thanks

great abs are made in the kitchen.

you need to eat whole foods, watch the carb intake and do plenty of cardio and/or sprints to increase the resting metabolic rate. you need to remove the fat that covers the abdominals in order to see them.

Try an AB-Lounge. Use it like the video training suggests. it is much safer and easier on the body than crunches and actually works your sides and strenghtens your back. Ab Lounges run around 60-70 bucks at Wal-Mart. I have been using one for 3 months, I have dropped 2 pant sizes and little weight loss. which is good for me,I have small frame but pot-bellied.
I have six pack abs, but I'm missing the plastic thingy that holds them together LOL

you shouold control ur diet first always eat love fat calories food and always run early in a morning at least 8 km and 30 of ab exercises in a gym lower abs are very diffcult to made so much concentrate on you lower abs u will se the results after 3 months if doing regularly
