If you a re looking for reaaaaaaally cheap rates I would suggest to use a Crazy USA calling card, it has some hard to beat rates to almost any destination, but be careful to get a low value card ($5) and to use it in a one shoot call. That way you won't get eaten by the fees it has.

Most of the better rates you get in calling cards come from cards with several fees and you need to learn how to use them to juice up all the minutes they offer.

If you think your destination is kinda tricky and you don't want to risk be charged without using the whole card, get a clean one it's a little more expensive but you can keep it for a long time. This option is much better when you are trying to call to a cell phone there or to a not very developed phone service location.

Check this rates out, you may it find it interesting

CRAZY USA calling card 20.4¢ per min (with fees)

SUPER CLEAN calling card 33.3¢ per min (without fees)

both cards are rechargeable. If you want to give it a try for free, check this

Just subscribe to Yahoo Phone Out.
http://voice.yahoo.com/

If you don't have messenger, go to home page and click on the Yellow Smiley Messenger, download it, install it and then you can use Phone Out. It costs $2.50 flat fee per month plus nominal fee to Ethopia, or any where - like a couple cents a minute in US anyway. You buy a credit online from Yahoo so it is prepaid. Get $10.00 and will last a long time.

I love mine.
