The easy answer is to park it in Liverpool.
The longer andswer is to get it on a ramp and there are 8 bolts holding the bumber to the chassis. bear in mind that what you can see is only a skin held on my 4 clips at the ends, the bumper is underneath

Presuming its a chrome bumper as on my 325 of the same era it probably has two bolts on the main section below the tail lights which you can get to from behind the bumper no problem. Then, where the bumper wraps around the side of the car there should be a retaining bolt, level with the retainig blocks at the ends of the bumper. You undo these from inside the boot after removing the carpet style liner.

Usually they are held on by clips on the back side of the bumper, if you want to find out step by step go to your local parts store and pick up a repair manual it will guide you through it step by step.
