Try a product called super strength, and simply green. You can purchase these kinds of products at Home Depot or a store of this nature. Also those dollar general stores, and family dollar have good cleaning products at cheap prices, and this stuff has worked for me. Spray, and wipe. You may have to spray, and wipe a couple of times. Bleach with pine sol works also depending on what kind of wood you have. Be careful some cleaner's will take the paint off. Do a spot check first. Good Luck

Peroxide undiluted does the trick.
