hello,
don't think you can step off the plane in europe and go searching for a job,...they will send you back with the next plane. You can stay in most european countries if you have a paper from a company in europe that is hiring you. You will need a visa, don't try it with a tourist visa,it won't work. Check with your embassy and ask wich home companies have a second office in a european country. The best for you is Germany:they are begging for system administrators over there.
