From yourself only. Problems will always continue to come and go. Next week one problem will be resolved and a new problem will be beginning. It's the fact of life. Nothing can make you happy until you accept that only you can change your perception of things. Time will continue to pass. Now ask yourself, do you want to be sad, depressed or negative or do you want to look back in time with a better memory? The glass can be half empty or half full; it's all up to you. I learned all of this the hard way myself, but much happier since I have realized that I control my life and my perceptions control my happiness.

You need to begin or learn to accept yourself and life for what it is. Once you are happy with yourself, happiness will follow everywhere else.

Happiness is a myth. No such thing. We TELL ourselves we are happy. We TELL ourselves we aren't. I can put myself into a good mood, and similarly, I can put myself into a bad mood, and out again. Easy. I can convince myself for years I am happy. And vice versa.
TELL yourself you are happy.
