Being from Ohio, and a Republican, I'd repeal the no smoking law.

I wouldn't pass any Bills unless they could prove they had mastered the material at their grade-level.
Seriously, I think you should rephrase your question: If you ARE from Ohio, and ARE a Republican, what bills would you pass?
Because, I'm NOT from Ohio, at all, not even close, and I have NO IDEA what Ohio needs.
I am a teacher, however, and I have had students named Bill.

Tax breaks for small businesses. Ohio has got to be one of the most unfriendly states to a person that owns a small business.
