Hey everyone! I want to send in an audition tape to a reality show. What kinds of things are casting directors looking for in potential contestants?

Originality, spunk and charisma...looking for the "it" factor that will make the audience love them or hate them.
Looks are only marginal compared to charisma. There are people who have charisma but not looks.

Most people give information that goes to what the show is talking about. Some people like to give short intro's and then tell the producer why they would be good for the show.

Dynamic personality. Something that will draw or annoy audiences - Boston Rob was perfect for this.
Looks - well this depends on the demographic they are aiming for. You don't have to be stunning, but photogenic is a must

Easy SEX APPEAL They Sell Comercial Time For A Living And With All The Channels To "Flip" To They Hope To Use Sex To Keep Viewers Tuned In Till The Next Commercial

Be yourself if you are loud then be loud if you are shy then be shy. why kid nation? I only watched the show a few times and I thought it was awful.
