Anyone ever get nostalgic over the 99-02' era?

I'm 24 and I always am thinking back to these days. I was a big fan of the music of the time and whenever I hear a tune from then it immediately brings back memories, instantly. Blink 182 songs, some trance songs, and even cool dance tracks. It's not just music that incites these instant memoties though, movies too. Whenever I see one of those classic teenage comedies of that era (American Pie, Can't Hardly Wait, Etc.) playing on T.V. the memories are popping up left and right. Anyone else have these same experiences for those times or around then?

i turned 24 in the year 2000, which was one of my very favourite years! 1993 was a good year for me as well! i love how music can take you back and make you remember some of the great times in your life... i LOVE music! : )

im much younger but i know what your talking about.
but i think ur mistaken. its not just for that era of time but for any period of time. it was just a really good time in your life, less responsibilites etc. another thing is u live in the past. u dont like change and although u knowhtat if u accept the new changed reality, you will miss this time later when time has passed more, u choose to live in the past. u wish it would return because for example 99-02 had a image that is so much different from what it is now. it seems so much has changed

dont think like that. think hmmm time has changed and i must go with it. think about it when ur in the 2037 era u will surely miss the 2007 era dont u think?
