problem related to time & work.pls help?

If 3 men & 5 women do a work in 8 days & 2men & 7 children do the same work in 12 days .How many women can do as much work in a day as 21 children?

3*8 m + 5*8 w = W
2*12 m + 7*12 c = W
40 w = 84 c
10 w = 21 c

hi.........i advice you to go for tutions........if you find that teacher is not teaching properly,then leave that and join another tution centre.......exams are approaching...................so , hurry..............join it fast.
