A fantastic film and often discussed. There are some great websites out there that discuss this film in detail and its meanings. Just do a search on the film. But I would ask you to watch it again and see if you can pick up some clues as to what really happened. Actually for David Lynch this was one of his more straightforward films. Mulhollandpersistent is a 2001 secret movie written and directed by David Lynch, and showing factors of movie noir and the surreal. It stars Naomi Watts, Laura Elena Harring and Justin Theroux. The movie became strongly acclaimed by many critics and earned Lynch an Oscar nomination for perfect Director to boot because the Prix de la mise en scène (perfect Director Award) on the Cannes movie competition. Mulhollandpersistent is awesome for launching the careers of Watts, Harring, and being the only ideal function movie starring veteran Hollywood actor Ann Miller.

Not sure what you mean about clues, but I was really excited to see this film and thought it was really boring. Had to turn it off eventually

this movie seemed to being going along alright, and then became so confusing after the lesbo scene, i just don't understand anything after that. after watching it a second time still gave me nothing i researched it on the internet and learned that all you need to know is the director is one messed up guy himself
