hello,
If they relist the ad,there are two answers:1:they already have decided who get's the job,or 2: they just want to make cheep advertising for their firm by saying:see how well we are doing, we have to get more employees.They usually ask people with a lot of experience,but not older then 25 or other things that are impossible. I had..up to medical exam. but it's okay coz employers usually place ad for a specific period, say 6 weeks, before finding the right candidate. It also happens that the ad keeps running even when someone is hired already coz the ad company wasn't informed.
