I was a seasonal employee for Toys R Us from September to January. Will they send me a W-2 form? How long does it take for them to send it to me?

hi, i work with taxes all the time. toys r us should send you a w2 no matter what. you should get a w2 even if you worked at some place for even a week. most employers print out w2s around mid january. your shouldn't get it any later than the beginning of february, even tho employers are not legally required to distribute them until april. i dont' think toys r us would do that tho cause they are a major company.

You will get a W-2 form. They have to send it out by the last day in January

Yes, you should be receiving a w-2 form in the mail either mid january or early february.

Mid to late January you should receive your W-2 from them.

u have to hand receive or it has to be post marked no later than 1/31
