I was double charged for dvds from TVDVD PLANET and they won't give me my money back ,what should I do?

If you paid by credit card you can withhold payment by calling your bank.

You may also contact your local Consumer Protection Office.

Raise enough of a fuss & they will refund you.

If you paid by credit card I would call my cc company as they should help you out and reverse the charge.

... In addition to reporting to your credit card company/bank company if you paid with plastic or check, contact the Better Bisness Bureau and report them. The bureau will investigate....
