Lol... all I can do is laugh.. poor Johnny Howard. Although I must say that his government has got a few things right. Australia has low unemployment and low inflation. These two things aren't usually seen together as policies used to combat one cause the other. Doesn't mean he has anything to do with it. Just means a few people in his party know what they're doing (stupid man who thinks only the rich deserve a good education, good pay, good work conditions or good anything and that lower and even middle classes should just deal with it..grrr..)
I'm sure there is some little nation out there enjoying the fruits of a sensible and good leader.

Well we cant say this man is good and that person is inefficient.All have their + and - points.Yet there are some outstanding leaders.(I am a Indian).According to me the best leader at present is Vlamidir Putin of Russia.But I will soon become the President of India and then the Best leader.
