how to change the sign drive for pc?

example we have drive C:, D:, for removebable disk drive E:, F:. if i want to change E: to G: is it possible? and how?

Yes.
Right-click "My Computer"
Choose "Manage"
Choose "Disk Management"

Right-click the "E" drive ... choose "Change Drive Letter & Paths"
