I'm not exactly sure but:
1) Antwaan Randle El of the Redskins! I remembered when he play college at Indiana. He's gotta be the fastest in the league!
2) Marvin Harrison! Although not many say much about his speed; the guy is very fast!
3) Joey Galloway of the Buccaneers! I've seen him make some incredible runs after the catch! That guy outran the entire Chicago Bears defense in the last game the played against the Bears. But those are my picks! There's really no way to know. But I do believe Antwaan Randle-El is at the top of the list!

Are you guys serious? Jerry Rice? Marvin Harrison? Randle-El? Those guys are considered slow for the WR position, not fastest in the league. Rice wasn't the fastest on any of his teams and Harrison and Randle-El are far from the fastest on their teams.
Now getting back to reality, I would have to say that overall pure speed would have to go to Jerome Mathis, for goodness sakes the guy literally has world class speed. From there it is a huge jumble of guys that are all equally fast. The best specimen out of them all I would say is Joey Galloway. The guy is in his mid-30's and is still electric. Earlier in his career he was hands down the fastest man in the NFL.

Oh and can you learn proper English before you post again? Thanks!

According to last year's Pro Bowl, Steve Smith is the fastest of them all. They had a bunch of WR's run the 40 to see who was fastest and he won. I don't know who #2 or 3 was though.

On a track Jerome Mathis is probably the fastest. On a field Steve Smith, Mathis and Andre Johnson.
