yes you can get 510 subnets with a total of 124 hosts per subnet using that ip but i am not going to take the time list out all the subnet host address here is the basic info though

IP = 128.16.32.13
subnet mask 255.255.255.128
subnet id 128.16.32.0
broadcast 128.16.32.255

Class B
subnet mask 255.255.255.128 gives you 512 subnets

That's a single IP address. You can't subnet a single address.

255.255.255.128 is mask; 126 host per subnet
