Hello! Your question will NEVER be satisfactorily answered. People have been like this (in various ways) for as long as I know. Such people are basically ignorant, have low self esteem, are mean spirited & I won't go on. It's called "The human condition." We'll destroy the planet before we ever "hope" to evolve beyond it. But I don't agree that people who do the "right" thing aren't rewarded. Let's say, SOME of them are, & thankfully, we are not ALL like the people you speak of. Minority, definitely yes. Some of these brain dead newts can't be avoided in daily life, but ignore as many as you can. They aren't worth even THINKING about.
Edit: I don't believe anyone intimated you have to "sacrifice" who you are in order not to be a jerk. & as well as just keeping you mouth shut instead of hurting someones feelings is totally painless, unless blowing off & being aggressive is your thing. Too bad so sad.

Its in the guy education guide, rule decision 6. continually be a jerk. heavily, no longer all men are jerks. yet i visit agree that maximum are jerks. i do not imagine i'm, a minimum of many of the time. I type of discover it puzzling to have self assurance that one and all the boys you go back into contact with manage you the way you describe. you likely only word them extra because they are extra "on your face" than the guy or men that are not jerks. forget concerning the jerks and start up taking word of the boys that are not doing the cat calls and whistles, and numerous comments. it truly is the position you'll discover the guy that respects you for who're and in no way what you seem to be.

I can't speak for everyone else, but I'll say that I am among the rude, obnoxious, and whatever else it is you want to call me.
Is there a reason for it? I'm sure there is, but I'm not really conscious of why I am the way I am. I'm just me, and being Mister Super-Nice and trying to act like everyone is my "best friend" is just not in my genetic make-up. It drives me nuts to even pretend to like or respect people that I don't like or respect. I understand that the natural response to someone like me is to say "if you don't have something nice to say, then don't say anything at all" (I get that all the time). Well, I disagree. I'm not going to stay quiet and pretend to be someone I'm not just because I might hurt someone else's feelings with being who I am. I don't see why I should have to sacrifice who I am so that someone else can be happy being who they are.
Everyone is different, and I think we all do our best to survive and be happy. We're not always going to agree. That's one of the bad parts of free will and being human. Maybe you can find some comfort in the idea that people that always preach about "being nice and caring" can sometimes be really annoying to people that are "obnoxious, rude, and so up themselves".

Blame it on your parents and your parents parents...and so on..its supply and demand. People create society and since silent movies, or plays, operas whatever people have been obsessed with those who perform for them, entertain them. They place them on a pedestal, they adore them, obsess over them, pass this crap onto their children, teaching them to love stars, entertainers, athletes, whoever and not our fellow man. As for these "jerks", dont worry about them, just dont let them bring you down. Remember this, when someone is miserable there's nothing they love more than some company to be miserable with them. Just stay beautiful, kind, and compassionate and dont worry about what the fools and miserable people are doing.

I have no idea why people are like that. Don't let it discourage you from being a good person.
