Let me be a little silly, (it's late!)--SURVIVING. Actually, that isn't so silly! It takes a bit to survive with a measure of serenity, stoicism & optimisim, don't you think? As for success or recognition, others are the best judge of that. I "feel" good about my many professions; no one has given me anything but positive input about them--yet very personally, I value my relationships with my friends more than anything I have "done" in a professional field. I'm so glad that they value me. "Mutuality" is a success. I'm fairly well known in at least four "professions" but I don't consider those as "success" in the way I believe you are asking.

My greatest success thus far is, that I woke up one day and realize that having God in my life and my heart was my only important accomplishment in life. By having God as number one I can do and have anything that's out there. Through Him ALL things are possible. God recognizes my contributions and the contributions of all of us. I hope you have Him in your life or will at least check Him out and see for yourself.

My daughters, they are both honor students. I also had a poem published.

my kids and learning that my family was contaminating me and leaving them behind... now I am happy and my kids have a more peaceful home
