Each channel's website may have videos of full-length episodes for you to watch.
Some that I know have them are:
www.abc.com
www.abcfamily.com
www.disneychannel.com
www.nbc.com

I don't know about Everybody Loves Raymond (which I love by the way), but you can definitely watch full length episodes of many shows at their network sites. Try abc.com, nbc.com, and cbs.com. I always watch Desperate Housewives, Lost, and Heros episodes at these sites.
