depends on the programe, I use outlook. The way to change the font size is

Mail Format
Font
You change it on there

Copy the text and paste it into Word or another program like that. Change the font size as you like. Print.

Cut and paste the text onto a new email as if you were going to send. Then change the font to whatever you want.

depends which which email program you are using.
These instrutions are for outlook, but they are very similar to the ones needed for outlook express
Go to file and click print
on that page somewhere in the middle is shoudl say page setup.
Go in there and it should have options to let you alter the font size and style
