Like in case of sum we use "=SUM(B2:B200)" in the field na? Similarly wat should be use for subtracting

And BTW how to set user defined formula's for a particular field?

Plz help me

Do not use SUM but go to the formula, click a chosen block where you want the result to appear, then click the fx, then you click the B2,minus sign,B200 then click the check sign. Good luck.

One of the fields needs to be assigned a negative:
=SUM(-B2,B200), or =-SUM(B2:B200) for a negative total. As far as I know you can't, without VB subract B2 from B3 from B4, etc.

I don't understand what you are asking in your second part.

=B2-B200, if B2 and B200 are the fields who difference you want to find.
