Medical care in the United States. It's one of the most important issues facing us today, and yet nobody is willing to do anything about fixing it because it is such a daunting task to work with.

Immigration into the United States is a so-so issue for me. I feel we should be tightening our borders because people without the credentials should not be here in the first place, but they do at least deserve a chance.

Everything else: cigarettes, obesity, abortion, gay marriage, are all nothing but distractions. These are nothing but "yes, no" issues that have little to no effect on the common American's life.

i don't be attentive to approximately that. interior the YouTube debates final election, a number of them debated subject concerns. the only ones i actually observed hurling insults have been Joe Biden whilst that guy got here on along with his AR-15, and Hillary Clinton. I actually voted for Ron Paul. not as quickly as did he smear every person. He for sure debated subject concerns. probably did not even use a teleprompter. the guy exchange into trustworthy and gained my vote. wish he will do better if he runs interior the subsequent election.

Interpreting our Constitution. Do you interpret the Constitution with restraint? Do you interpret the Constitution expansively? Isn't constitutional law supposed to be predictable and clear?

In "The Federal Courts, Politics, and the Rule of Law," by John C. Hughes (published 1995), it says:

"In the contemporary political context, those who fear conformity have tended to describe themselves as liberal and have tended to applaud judicial 'protection' of human rights. Those who fear diversity have tended to call themselves conservatives and have been appalled by judicial 'usurpation' of the majority's discretion to form the kind of community it finds most conducive to its own happiness. The former tends to approve of the expansive theories of constitutional interpretation, while the latter tends to prefer the restrained theories of judicial review. These alignments are neither perfect nor inevitable, but the debate has surely been shrill."

I, myself, tend to get very shrill.

Sex, can we get enough of it and still remain in a monogamous marriage? Or will marriage become a thing of the past? Perhaps we will begin using contracts for marriage like a business deal. Let's try this marriage out for say two years, and if it works out we can always renew.

Eliminating conservatism.

Every dictator has been a conservative, and they've started evry war.

Please, don't tell me Stalin was a Liberal. Stalin ran a country with a "leftist" (communist) economic system, and an authoritarian, conservative social policy.

illegal immigrant crime, and birthright citizenship, but that's been argued to death........even in jail after heinous crimes, they are demanding and disrespectful! I am sorry, but just because you camped outside the hospital all night after crossing illegally to have your baby delivered, paid for and granted citizenship hits home with me! Yes they are people too,and I am not insensitive, but until you ......nevermind..won't go on with that one.
