Brain is getting rusted in government sectors. Better let them move their as* and do something productive. This is the best way for capitalism.

This is ok, because govt employees are also human beings like us Moreover they will have much experience also..But if they dont work like few in govt dept ,they should be immediately terminated, not given a chance like in govt offices.
