I just bought a BlackBerry7100t? it doeesn't come with brower, email software,monogogo,etc, do you had the same situation? should I need to download from website then upload to the device or ask seller something?

Your help would be appreciated.

These softwares usually get downloaded from the Blackberry server when you activate with the Blackberry plan with your carrier. If you don't have access to the Blackberry APN, which comes only when you pay for it, your phone won't have all the cool software and will basically be just a cell phone with bad audio quality.

Call your carrier and see how much their Blackberry rate plan is to see if you want to pay the extra to get these features.

You can always add other software through the desktop manager software, which you can download from Blackberry.com
