You cannot sell it. The Windows Vista installation that will be sent to you is basically an upgrade of your current operating system, and will not install on a computer with a different operating system.

Also, it's probably illegal to sell the software even if it worked. Microsoft never sell you the software, they only sell you the right to use it, so you don't technically own it.

If you must, you can try eBay...

The end user may have problems installing it on a different PC.
OEM versions are illegal to sell ... you would have to find someone willing to take the gamble.

Licensing & activation are a lot harder to fool on Vista that they were on XP Pro ... once the nulify that key you won't be able to use it either.

Depends how lucky you feel .

You can sell, but depends on configuration. If you buy orginal software it will depend on the seller. But you can find pirate copies, easy and complete.
