Spot reduction is a myth. It just does not work. I would say invest in some good minimizers if you do not want surgery. (wacoal makes the best!) I am the same as you. My bust is huge no matter what size I am, and it makes shopping very difficult. But I did decide a reduction was the best route for me, and after my insurance makes a decision on how much to cover, I am going for it!

Aside from surgery, there isn't any way to reduce, other than just general weight loss. There are a lot of fat cells in the breasts, so losing weight can help. There are certain kinds of bras that minimize and make it "look" smaller, but reality... is reality. If thats your option, lose some weight before you get preggy.

try lifting weights, push ups that type of stuff, to put the elaticity back into your chest muscles.
mine were 40DD when i was preggo, and after wards they wentt to 36/38DD, i just now after 4 yrs got them down to a D. it sucks. You might get luck and be one of those women where after pregnancy they shrink=everyone is different
