I have a question regarding the name of a "character" from a motion picture.?

Ruth Gordon played "Maude", in the 1971 cult classic, "Harold & Maude". What was her character's "real" name, that she divulged to her costar, Bud Cort ("Harold"), upon formally introducing herself after a funeral service scene. ( I need the correct spelling as well).

I have to say the person above me gave the correct answer. I just had to reply as Harold and Maude is my favorite film ever and I was choked to see I missed a question I actually really know the answer to without needing to look it up!
