That would be the IBM 16 way mainboard on it's most powerful x440 server.

It can accommodate "16" 64bit Itanium processors :

The latest? Asus Stiker Extreme. The best? Asus P5B Deluxe or Gigabyte DS3. The latter two really depend on what you're looking for. By the way, these are all LGA775. If you need mPGA478, 939, or the like, it's a completely different story.
