An aquantince of mine, is sucking the very life out of me. Shes needy, boring and plain ignorant. She thinks of me as a friend, because i have helped her out a couple of times. Her main mission in life is too get married. Most people just stay away from her like the plague... She gives you her photo to show your male friends and invites her self to your house or holidays. What was pity I fell for her is now Total distaste. How do i get rid of her. . . Im off to Overseas and she said if she could come. HELP

An annoying friend is like a bad lover. Cut the ties and get the Hell out. She'll continue to bother and embarass you otherwise.

Get needy to leave you alone...tell her off..Needy will not listen to reason, so make it as rude as you can...thats the only thing Needy understands...Let her be needy in someone elses life and you get on with yours.

I will tell her that she is not a the kind of friend that I want and i will cut it out. Or have a big argue of something that she doe's not agree in.

just tell her the truth. it's hard to say things like that but if you don't it's only gonna get worse. be nice or be mean but it's gotta happen. she obviously clings to you as a security blanket. just tell her flat out. or be subtle and tell her to back off some.

Simple. Say "No." Tell her that you don't like her. If you want to be mmore subtle about it, ask one of her friends to try to steer her away from you.
