Looking for the title to an Asian song sung by a taxi driver in Singapore on MSNBC's Countdown?

A couple of months ago an "Oddball" segment of Keith Olbermann's MSNBC show "Countdown" featured a brief story on a karaoke singing taxi driver in Singapore named (I believe) Jeffrey Tan.

In the piece he sang a song with lyrics in the chorus that sounded like "su bai, su bai" or maybe "sa vai, sa vai." Unfortunately, I'm not even sure what language it was in.

It's bizarre, I know, but I can't get the song out of my head. Does anyone know what it's called and who performs it?

Sounds like a Thai song, Sabai Sabai. I could be wrong as I did not watch the show.
