todays courts will not allow me to 'sell out' to him by him signing his parents rights away...

and yeah, some ARE willing to go to jail over it.

This guy is an absolute loser AND a menace. Get a PPO (Personal Protection Order against him and keep his threats away from you and any small children. It sounds like he would do anything violent to get his way, maybe even assault. Let people know that this guy might be a physical danger to you and above all have it documented. That way if for any reason you ended up missing or something, they'd know who to look for.

If you can afford it, get him to "sell out". If he will sign away his rights to those kids, you and the kids are better off without him in your life. Any father that would complain about providing for the welfare of his child(ren) does not deserve to be around him/her/them. He is a bad influence. It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to tell the police about any threats he has made & get a restraining order. They (restraining orders) usually are not worth the paper their written on if the defendant is *really* nutso, but it works in some cases to put the fear of the law in them. Ask God to give you the wisdom to do the best thing for your kid(s).

I feel your pain girl. Let him threaten, get a restraining order if he gets violent of course. Don't expect him to EVER see reason because he won't. Do your job as mom and all should be good in the courts eyes, if it ever comes to that.

if he's threating you then get an order of protection against him so he can't come around you. Let the court decide what he has to pay and don't talk to him anymore! Tell him it's in the courts hands and thats it !!

If he is that bad and your money isn't your god then tell him I don't need your damn money get lost and I never wana see you again but if you wanna see your kids you will pay what the court has determined. Have him sign over his parental rights.
