Panda Bears by nature are not violent. However bear in mind that animals are alwaysanimals, so you never know when they may strike back.
With their natural habitat in danger (invaded by humans) Panda Bears have become vunerable to poaching and have deviated from their natural gentle behavior.

Some people may think that a panda bear is a dangerous animal who wouldnt think twice about hurting an animal, but just stop listening to the people around you. All you have to do is look at them, you should be able to see that they are not a scary animal. They are one of the most favored animal in china. To people in china the panda bear is a wonderful, beutiful animal who just wants to be left alone. The real only time that they might try to scare you away is if they have young with them, other wise you dont even know they are there.

The giant panda has long been a favorite of the public, at least partly on account of the fact that the species has an appealing baby-like cuteness that makes it seem to resemble a living teddy bear. The fact that it is usually depicted reclining peacefully eating bamboo, as opposed to hunting, also adds to its image of innocence. Though the giant panda is often assumed docile because of their cuteness, they have been known to attack humans, usually assumed to be out of irritation rather than predatory behavior.

I believe Panda Bears are only violent if they are provoked. I believe they have the tendency to do bad things, but its not in their nature. They're like any other parent, they have their days.

go to china and ask someone there where the few remaining wild ones still live, i'm sure they'll have some more interesting stories than the average cuddly wuddly version of the infamous panda bear.

Yes, they can be violent. They are not even bears. Not in the bear family. They are a species all their own. Why do you have to use the Lord's name in vain?

They LOOK cute and cuddly but you would not be able to hold one...they swat at you like a cat and their claws will do a LOT of damage.
