Does the 'gay brain' effect libido in gay men?

When, in general, does the 'nesting instinct' settle in for gay men?

What makes you want or expect your 'partner' to be faithful to you?

I think MEN in general are, but the threat of pregnancy for straight males keeps their numbers down in comparisson to gay males.

Say what? What makes a gay man a whoremunger any more than a straight man? Is a man who is not gay out to bed as many females as possible??? What the heck's the point? Does the "heterosexual brain" affect libido in straight men? When does the nesting instinct settle in for straight men? What makes you want or expect your partner to be faithful to you if you're straight ??? What, do the standards change do to your sexual orientation? Do human emotions change because of your sexual orientation? Do your feelings become less important because of your sexual preferences? What the heck are you talking about???? Is this another one of those "all gays should be shot so we don't have to deal with them" (oh,like Hitler thought) because I question my own manhood, therefore I am a homophobe???? What's the difference between the love a gay man feels for his partner, and the love a "straight guy" feels for his partner???? And don't let me burst your bubble, but studies have shown there is far less infidelity in the "gay" community than there is in the yada, yada, til death do us part male/ female community. And for what it's worth, i'm not gay, lesbian, asexual - just fed up with the crap. Let people live their lives. Get back to what's really important. Take care of your own home!!!! What a luxury it must be to have so much free time that you can care what others are doing rather than taking care of your own life.

In answer to your first question: I think men in general (straight, gay, bi) have been hardwired (biologically) to be polygamous. It's part of our nature but culture has molded us to realize that in the end, one partner at a time is enough.

The nesting instinct? My guess it settles in as the gay man nears 40.

Faithfulness? My guess would be the expectation is there when there is more than sexual attraction there.

It depends on whether the female energy is more prominent or whether the male energy is more prominent. All gay men are not the same. When the female energy is more dominant, the "nesting instinct" takes over. When the male energy is more dominant, then "conquering and 'spreading their seed' " takes over. They have no control over it.

Everyone wants their partner to be faithful to them (whether hetero or homo sexual) ... but one must assess the partner they have chosen before they can "expect" it.

I am bi , which I consider to be gay plus : -))....Anyway, I believe that gay men probably have a lot more sex than hetero men because we're MEN, and we just like to have sex more often, generally speaking.

Are babies hardwired to pee whereever whenever? How in the world do we get them to pee in the toilet and why are we forcing them to it's not how they were made genetically. thoes poor kids they should be alloud to pee free. Where ever they would like Just like the way gay men who cannot help being gay should be alloud to doink whatever comes across their path. They can't help it it's their genetics.

no it is just that gay men feel unaccepted therefore cant have a commitment. They tend to move from man to man because it is very hard to be a stable gay man in our society. it sucks
