I have a crush on my personal trainer but he is moving in 2 months to the UK. I really like him and I told him I like him, but I get the feeling he is not interested, now I would just like to move on, but I keep thinking about him.

You ask yourself WHY did I like him? Was it him, his looks or the way he encouraged and compliment me, then find yourself another trainer, and throw your self in activities... One day you'll find the one for you.

Go out and meet new men, be wary of Internet dating sites, ( some girls have a friend nearby, who, on seeing a signal, such as scratching the nose, will phone shortly afterwards and you can have an excuse like a friend is ill and leave ). Whenever you catch yourself thinking about him, say to yourself forcefully (aloud, if appropriate): " I know this ruse (trick, ploy or scam) - GO AWAY FOR A WHILE!!!" Accept that in time things will get better - all you need do is stick it out for a few weeks or months, and in the meantime, keep looking for someone new. It can also help to keep yourself busy and your life full, so you have less time for idle thinking.

decide what you really want. if you've decide to move on --- then move on. stick to your decision. no matter how difficult it is , it'll be worth it if you've seen the result.
divert your attention by getting your self involve in recreational activities.
tell your self that you are great! you deserve someone better.
if some people walk out of our lives, there will always be better people coming in.

It's going to hurt in the short term, but believe me - time heals all wounds. You will get over it eventually and move on, even if it doesn't seem possible now.

Don't cry because it's over, but smile because you so enjoyed your time with him, and wish him the best in his further travels if you really care about him.
